about me
I was born in 1980 in Poland. Although my family didn’t appreciate art, I was always drawn to it. Since I remember I have always sketched a lot and when it came to making choices about my future I decided to study to be an architect, a good compromise between a ‘proper job’ and my love for drawing.
I came to Ireland in my mid twenties, in 2004. I’ve started painting around 7 years ago with a watercolour set purchased in Lidl! When it comes to watercolour I am mainly self-thought.
In 2013 I won first prize at ‘Artfest’ competition in Gorey which gave me great confidence boost, following that I have regularly done live portraits in The Gaslamp Gallery in Gorey and display work around Gorey and Arklow.
Last summer I organized paint along classes in watercolour which proved to be popular.
